Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

To maintain efficient appointment scheduling and provide timely care for all of our patients, we ask that all clients read and adhere to the following cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment, fail to show up for an appointment, or if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment we will require a credit card on file prior to rescheduling and if it happens again, you will be charged the full examination fee.
